From the moment we were put in contact with Ben in our search for a new piano we knew we were in good hands and wouldn’t be looking anywhere else. His wonderful customer care is second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always happy to give his time and expertise to help us make the right decision, without pressure and no matter how many questions we had. All with an amazing enthusiasm and obvious passion for what he does. Delivery was smooth and made to look effortless by his equally helpful and friendly colleagues and his follow up service has been beyond expectations.
