After that, I really came to value your service – no surprises, regular updates on progress, a good deal when we discovered delivery would need a hoist and your cheerful approach from start to finish. In a business where many other operators use a love of music to disguise poor service, you just got on with it and delivered. Now we have such a lovely piano, all we need to do is to train up the pianist.
